These terms apply to all stays arranged through BODEO.

Bookings

Availability shown on this website is indicative and refreshed from our central booking calendar. A booking is confirmed only when BODEO confirms it in writing (usually on WhatsApp or email) and the agreed advance is received.

Occupancy & conduct

Maximum occupancy is stated on each villa page. Guests are responsible for the villa and its contents during their stay. Loud music after 10 pm, unregistered guests and commercial events without prior approval are not permitted.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in is 2 pm and check-out 11 am unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Guests use pools, gardens and facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
