Cancellation Policy

We try to keep cancellations simple and fair.

• More than 30 days before check-in: full refund of the advance, less any payment gateway charges.
• 15-30 days before check-in: 50% of the advance is refunded, or the full amount can be moved to new dates within 6 months (subject to availability).
• Less than 15 days before check-in: the advance is non-refundable, but we will do our best to offer alternative dates.

Peak-season and festival dates may carry stricter terms, which will be shared with your quote. Weather events and force majeure are handled case by case - talk to us.
